My rating of the staff is unfair to the staff as a while and should only be taken towards the checking in process. The agent was not friendly and was not what I would expect of a Hilton property. She seemed more occupied by her phone then the clients. The rest of the staff was quick and attentive. Having stayed in many Hilton properties I understand that the check in was not to their standards and the agent should receive some additional training on the process. Good location for pretty modern hotel. It was airy and bright. Kids loved the gym and pool table, they have an outdoor basketball court (ball provided) but we didn't have time to use. Breakfast was good with nice variety including cool pancake making machine which my kids loved to use. If you're en route somewhere else or visiting the massive mall next door this place is perfect.

Great hotel, easy to find with shops and eateries within a few minutes walk. The hotel had a basket ball hoop and pool table which kept everyone entertained. The room was huge with a microwave, fridge and coffee machine - and it was immaculately clean. A great breakfast in the morning too. The staff were great - super friendly and polite.

Great variety of breakfast food items, freshly made foods, very clean serving area. Great to see sugar-free syrup for the freshly-made pancakes. I was unaware of the evening reception before I checked in, was found to be a nice break from the norm. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It was very clean and bright The room was dark at night which I need. The bed was comfortable and I liked the bare floor-it felt cleaner than carpeting. The breakfast was good- many choices and sanitary protocols were followed. The room had a fridge and a microwave.
